Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health and have the <br />potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. <br />#4 Employee Eating, Tasting, Drinking or Tobacco Use <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed personal food items stored inside the retail cooler. Personal items shall be stored away from the <br />food being sold to the public. Remove personal food items from the retail cooler and store them away in a designated area. <br />Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: No employees shall eat, drink, or smoke in any work area.
