She suggested calling the designated facility to see if they have a SC 544 <br /> waste profile. <br /> Called Crosby & Overton at 562-432-5445 and left a message regarding <br /> profile/analytical. <br /> 07/13/2020 Called Crosby & Overton (562-432-5445) and spoke with Tracy regarding the PE 2546 BAKER <br /> 30 min waste profile. She looked it up and said she would send it over to me in a few SC 544 <br /> minutes. <br /> Received waste profiles. Waste profile did not provide any information for the <br /> hazardous waste determination. <br /> Discussed complaint with Elena Manzo (Lead Sr. REHS) <br /> 07/13/2020 Complaint and SDS review to determine the appropriateness of waste dispsoal PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 18 min that took place. Discussion with L. Baker and M. Henry. It's unclear if waste which SC 007 <br /> was disposed of as non-hazardous was hazardous or not. <br /> 07/28/2020 Abated complaint as 01-Field response, violations cited and corrected.
