There is a spill of about 2 PE 2546 HUYNH <br /> 18 min gallons of an unknown clear liquid at Union Pacific Railroad on 1000 E. Roth Rd, SC 907 <br /> French Camp. The contact person is Madonna at UPPR (888-877-7267). The <br /> reference number is 2019-05-17-102-MMR. <br /> Spoke to Madonna and she states Patriot environmental will be on site at 9:00 AM. <br /> She does not have a contact number for Patriot or a person on site at this time. <br /> The spill occurred in a non-hazardous container. The responsible party is <br /> unknown at this time. <br /> Gave complaint to the daytime "C" person, C. Muro. <br /> 05/17/2019 8:00am Received Spill Report information from Leyna Huynh involving release of 2 PE 2546 MURO <br /> 24 min gallons of clear liquid marked as unknown non hazardous container at 1000 E. SC 544 <br /> Roth Rd., French Camp. Patriot Environmental responding to cleanup and will be <br /> there 11 am central time. <br /> I picked up full report from office assistant. The container was releasing the clear <br /> liquid onto a cement pad. Railcar ID# is HGIU500561. No waterway was <br /> impacted. <br /> I called Mike Algots for further information. He reported: <br /> -R esponsible party is Hub Group-Contact person is Debbie Greenland, phone: <br /> (630) 928-2122, email: dgreenland@hubgroup.com <br /> -Patriot Environmental estimated time of arrival is 9 am Pacific. <br /> - Provided helpful information on where to check in and where container is located <br /> within the yard. <br /> 05/17/2019 9:01 AM Went to site of release at 1000 E. Roth Rd., French Camp. PE 2546 MURO <br /> 54 min SC 544 <br /> The 53' container(ID# HGIU500561)was still releasing drops of clear liquid at the <br /> time of my arrival. The railcar contained tied stacks of recycled plastics. Patriot <br /> Environmental was onsite for cleanup. Lupe Baeza, Field Supervisor was onsite <br /> and explained how the release would be contained and cleaned up. Absorbent <br /> would be added to the contaminated areas on the cement pad and on the railcar. <br /> Plastic will be lined underneath the recyclables stacks. <br /> 05/20/2019 Generated a Notice to Abate for the release of 2 gallons of unknown PE 2546 MURO <br /> 30 min nonhazardous clear liquid at 1000 E. Roth Rd., Stockton.
