This approval will <br /> expire on June 12th,2028,which is thirty months from the effective date of approval,unless a Notice <br /> of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the <br /> Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to recordation <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
