COMPLAINANT STATES FACILITY IS <br /> COOKING FOOD OUTSIDE OF THE FOOD FACILITY IN THE PARKING LOT. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Follow up on complaint inspection. <br /> Cooking equipment, set up outside the retail market, are removed. <br /> During my visit, no operation with the desserts station, hot food station on sales floor, and all the onsite packaged food had <br /> been removed permanently. <br /> I observe few commercial grade tables and cabinet still kept outside the retail store. I observe a sugar cane squeezer on rolling <br /> wheels, kept outside to prepare juice and sell it to customers. Cease any kind of food preparation outside the retail store. <br /> Correct today. <br /> RAUNAK BAZAR#4UB4482 , mobile food facility that is operating in the parking lot of the facility. Operator didn't provide a proof <br /> of overnight parking in an approved commissary. <br /> CEASE operation with the mobile food facility till providing SJC EHD commissary letter with overnight parking in an approved <br /> commissary. <br /> As per Building Department, operator must work with them to install the 3 comp sink with 2 drain boards connected with grease <br /> trap at the desserts station before operation. <br /> As per SJC EHD, the base currently installed in the food station is not complying with Cal codes. <br /> Provide approved base that comply with Cal Codes. Correct before operating. <br /> ***Slim foot coved base tiles or Schluter are accepted in food areas.*** <br /> ****The floor surfaces in all food preparation or packaging areas, open food storage areas, utensil washing areas, refuse storage <br /> areas, janitorial areas, and all restrooms and employee change areas, shall be smooth and of durable construction and <br /> nonabsorbent material which is easily cleaned. These floor surfaces shall be coved at the juncture at the floor and wall with a <br /> three-eighths(3/8)inch minimum radius coving and shall extend up the wall at least four(4)inches.
