LEA was informed by operator that the construction of the Covered Aerated Static Pile <br /> (CASP) project will begin soon. The LEA was notified on September 2, 2025. <br /> 2. Odors and track out were light. <br /> 3. Flies were light. Bait stations were observed and functional. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 82°F. <br /> • Ground green waste ranged from 122°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 148OF to 162°F. <br /> • Finished compost was 136°F. <br /> • Finished product was 112°F <br /> • Overs were 90°F. <br /> 5. Litter on site was moderate. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. The weather during the inspection was 730F with an eastern wind of 8 mph. <br /> 8.
