Compostable Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection <br /> Report (93) <br /> Forward Resource Recovery Facility (39-AA-0020) <br /> 2/26/2025 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Ponding was observed on the southern padded area (ground green waste storage area). <br /> Operator corrected the issue during the inspection. <br /> 2. Track out to Austin Rd. was light. <br /> 3. Odor was light and vectors were not observed. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 84°F. <br /> • Ground green waste ranged from 120OF to 136°F. <br /> • Windrows were 142°F. <br /> • Finished compost was 132°F to 138°F. <br /> • Finished product was 118°F <br /> • Overs were 116°F. <br /> 5. Litter was light. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. The weather during the inspection was 740F with a northern windspeed of 3 mph. <br /> 8. An annual report summarizing all reporting requirements was provided to the LEA on <br /> February 20, 2025. <br /> 9.
