Compostable Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection <br /> Report (93) <br /> Forward Resource Recovery Facility (39-AA-0020) <br /> 11/12/2025 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Water truck is used for dust control. <br /> 2. Odors and track out were light. <br /> 3. Bait stations were observed and functional. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 80°F. <br /> • Ground green waste ranged from 110°F to 130°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 158°F to 162°F. <br /> • Finished compost was 156°F. <br /> • Finished product ranged from 150°F to 154°F. <br /> • Overs were 98°F. <br /> 5. Litter on site was moderate and litter was not observed off site. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. The wet weather/winterization plan was provided to the LEA on October 29, 2025. <br /> 8. The third quarter SB1383 measurements have not been provided.
