Compostable Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection <br /> Report (93) <br /> Forward Resource Recovery Facility (39-AA-0020) <br /> 12/16/2025 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. There are no issues with site security. <br /> 2. Odors and track out were light. <br /> 3. Bait stations were observed and functional. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 64°F. <br /> • Ground green waste ranged from 720F to 104°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 138°F to 150°F. <br /> • Finished compost ranged from 140°F to 162°F. <br /> • Finished product was 106°F. <br /> • Overs were 170°F. <br /> 5. Litter on site was moderate and litter was not observed off site. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. SB1383 measurements were provided on December 4, 2025. <br /> 8.
