Compostable Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection <br /> Report (93) <br /> Forward Resource Recovery Facility (39-AA-0020) <br /> 1/28/2025 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Site was accessible. <br /> 2. Track out to Austin Rd. was light. <br /> 3. Odor was light and vectors were not observed. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 111°F. <br /> • Ground green waste ranged from 74°F to 136°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 1320F to 162°F. <br /> • Finished compost was 154°F. <br /> • Finished product was 142°F <br /> • Overs were 1180F. <br /> 5. Litter was light. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. The weather during the inspection was 58OF with a SE wind of 8 mph. <br /> 8.
