Compostable Materials Handling Operation and Facility Inspection <br /> Report (93) <br /> Forward Resource Recovery Facility (39-AA-0020) <br /> 2/6/2026 <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Ponding was not observed during the inspection and the site was accessible. <br /> 2. Odors and track out were light. <br /> 3. Bait stations were observed and functional. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 96°F. <br /> • Ground green waste was 144°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 138°F to 144°F. <br /> • Finished compost ranged from 1420F to 148°F. <br /> • Finished product was 142°F. <br /> • Overs were 92°F. <br /> 5. Litter on site was moderate and litter was not observed off site. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7.The Annual Reporting Requirement Report was received on January 31, 2026. <br /> 8.
