Site is secure. <br /> 2. Odors and track out were light. <br /> 3. Bait stations were observed and functional. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 144°F. <br /> • Ground green waste ranged from 110°F to 140°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 138°F to 144°F. <br /> • Finished compost ranged from 126°F to 138°F. <br /> • Finished product was 106°F. <br /> • Overs were 132°F. <br /> 5. Litter on site was moderate and litter was not observed off site. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. The weather during the inspection was clear and sunny.
