Ponding observed southeast of the leachate pond. Operator shall grade surface to prevent <br /> future ponding. <br /> 2. Odors and track out were light. <br /> 3. Vectors were light. Bait stations were functional. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 74°F. <br /> • Ground green waste was 104°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 132°F to 158°F. <br /> • Finished compost was 130°F. <br /> • Finished product was 90°F <br /> • Overs were 98°F. <br /> 5. Litter was light. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. The weather during the inspection was 680F with a western windspeed of 1 mph. <br /> 8.
