There are no issues with site security. <br /> 2. Odors and track out were light. <br /> 3. Vectors were light. Bait stations were functional. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 72°F. <br /> • Ground green waste was 164°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 1320F to 168°F. <br /> • Finished compost was 132°F. <br /> • Finished product was 108°F <br /> • Overs were 146°F. <br /> 5. Litter was light. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. The weather during the inspection was 680F with an eastern windspeed of 4 mph. <br /> 8.
