Water truck is used for dust control. <br /> 2. Odors and track out were light. <br /> 3. Vectors were light. Bait stations were functional. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 125°F. <br /> • Ground green waste was 118°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 142°F to 156°F. <br /> • Finished compost was 136°F. <br /> • Finished product was 130°F <br /> • Overs were 144°F. <br /> 5. Litter was light. Staff observed picking up litter from neighboring property. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7. The weather during the inspection was 70OF with a southeast wind of 8 mph. <br /> 8.
