Odors and track out were light. <br /> 3. Vectors were light. Bait stations were functional. <br /> 4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br /> • Incoming green waste was 96°F. <br /> • Ground green waste ranged from 110°F to 134°F. <br /> • Windrows ranged from 152°F to 170°F. <br /> • Finished compost was 128°F. <br /> • Finished product was 112°F <br /> • Overs were 84°F. <br /> 5. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. Litter on site was moderate. <br /> 6. Records were reviewed. <br /> 7.
