State Route 4, Farmington CA 95230 and WP#2400098 <br /> The Environmental Health Department recently reviewed the records on the above address and <br /> found that a pump permit has not yet been obtained, and a water sample is still pending. The new <br /> replacement domestic well was drilled on July 9, 2024, under permit WP2400098 by Masellis <br /> Drilling Inc., as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> ® Lack of pump permit, to be obtained by owner or contractor. <br /> (SJC Ord. Code, Section 9-1115.3. —Well/Pump Permit Required) <br /> Corrective Action: Complete pump permit. Permit fee is $179. Submit it to 1868 E. <br /> Hazelton Ave. Stockton, CA 95205. Note: Permit Fees increase on <br /> 7/1/2026 <br /> NOTE: Failure to obtain a pump permit with the EHD within 30 days may result in <br /> Enforcement costs. <br /> *The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. Current rates <br /> are $179/hr. <br /> ® Water Sampling needed: <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires well sampling as <br /> part of the permitting process for any new or replacement domestic well. San Joaquin County <br /> Well Standards section 9-9.2.1* states "To determine quality of water produced by a new <br /> water well, it shall be sampled by the EHD for bacteriological and chemical analysis after <br /> development, the installation of the well pump, and disinfection."
