SAN JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> A&A GAS FOOD MART 11330 E YOSEMITE AVE, MANTECA I November 18, 2025 <br /> 56 2716(a-e) 2030013- DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all requirements (TCR 12) <br /> OBSERVATION: Designated operator reports were not signed within the required time frame. <br /> -The 11/13/2025 designated operator report was signed by the owner/operator but not dated. <br /> REGULATORY GUIDANCE: Within 48 hours of the completion of the designated UST operator visual inspection, the <br /> designated operator shall sign and provide the owner or operator with a copy of the inspection report.
