Obtain chlorine sanitizing test strips to ensure the <br />sanitizing solution has a concentration of chlorine 100 - 200 Parts Per Million (PPM) for proper sanitizing of all food contact <br />surfaces and warewashing. Correct within seven days. <br />OBSERVATIONS: The service window was observed damaged from the bottom. Replace screen to prevent flies and other <br />vectors from entering premises. Correct within 7 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
