As shown on the enclosed Project Site Map, the <br /> Oakdale Irrigation District(OID) Huffman Pipeline lies generally parallel and immediately adjacent to the northern <br /> property lines of parcels 41-A and 55-A as well as lying generally parallel and immediately adjacent to the southern <br /> property lines of parcels 32-A and 42-A. The Huffman Pipeline is located in a 40 foot wide easement (20' on each <br /> side of centerline). Please be advised that permanent structures and trees are not permitted within the easement, <br /> and an Encroachment Permit approved by OID's Board of Directors is required for any other proposed private <br /> improvements (i.e. cross fencing, private irrigation pipelines, etc.) within the easement. <br /> Should the landowners proceed with the lot line adjustment as proposed and new APNs are assigned to the newly <br /> created parcels, all parcels would need to complete OID's new connection process prior to the receipt of water. <br /> Given the parcels are less than ten (10)acres in size they are considered to be substandard by Oakdale Irrigation <br /> District (OID) policy and approval from the OID Board of Directors (Board) is required to irrigate. Although the <br /> properties may have received water from OID in the past and the existing delivery point(s) may still be in place to <br /> continue to do so, several new conditions will be required to be met in accordance with OID's Subdivision Parcel <br /> Map Policy at the time the new connection process is initiated (i.e. independent irrigation and drainage, no new <br /> delivery points as a result of the project,etc.). A copy of OID's current Subdivision Parcel Map Policy is enclosed for <br /> reference.
