The 2024 Monitoring Certification test results for 12/26/2024 was not submitted to the CUPA <br /> until 4/4/2025. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit copy of the Monitoring System Certification to the CUPA. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 24 CCR 23 CCR 16 2632(c)(2)(B), 2634(d)(1)(A), 2636(f)(1) 2030003-Leak detection system maintains continuous <br /> monitoring that activates an audible and visual alarm <br /> OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator did not maintain leak detection equipment with an audible and visual alarm. The 91 <br /> annular sensor was not functioning properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Maintain leak detection equipment with an audible and visual alarm. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 25 CCR 23 CCR 16 2631(g), 2632(c)(2)(A) 8r (B) 2030016-Annular space of USTs are continuously monitored with an <br /> audible and visual alarm system (TCR 9d) <br /> OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator did not continuously monitor the interstitial space of the USTs such that the leak <br /> detection activates an audible/visual alarm when a leak is detected. The 91 annular sensor had a broken wire and did not <br /> pass testing. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Continuously monitor the interstitial space of the USTs such that the leak detection equipment <br /> activates an audible/visual alarm when a leak is detected. Submit verification. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 77 CCR 23 CCR 16 2712(f) 2030073-Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report <br /> OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator did not implement the corrections specified in the inspection report within 30 days of <br /> receiving an inspection report from either the CUPA or special inspector.
