Geo -Logic <br />ASSOCIATES <br />STOCMLED SOIL DISPOSAL ATTR E WORIQNG FACE <br />Although not specifically required in the NOV, as verbally agreed on February 26, 2025 and <br />as referenced in the NOV, Forward has elected to start work to dispose the stockpiled soil <br />to the working face of the landfill beginning the week of March 3, 2025. As part of this effort, <br />GLA will collect samples beneath each stockpile and submit them to Enthalpy Analytical <br />Laboratory for Aroclor 1242 analysis. The soil will not be disposed at the working face until <br />laboratory results are received that verifythe non -conforming waste has been removed. <br />CLOSURE <br />I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the <br />information submitted in this document and all attachments and that, based on my inquiry <br />of those individuals immediately responsible for obtaining the information, I believe that the <br />information is true, accurate, and complete.
