Ponding observed southeast of the leachate pond. Operator shall grade surface to prevent <br />future ponding. <br />2. Odors and track out were light. <br />3. Vectors were light. Bait stations were functional. <br />4. The following temperatures were measured during the inspection: <br />• Incoming green waste was 74°F. <br />• Ground green waste was 104°F. <br />• Windrows ranged from 132°F to 158°F. <br />• Finished compost was 130°F. <br />• Finished product was 90°F <br />• Overs were 98°F. <br />5. Litter was light. Litter was not observed on neighboring properties. <br />6. Records were reviewed. <br />7. The weather during the inspection was 68°F with a western windspeed of 1 mph. <br />8.
