Flare FL -100 recorded a maximum adjusted flow <br />rate of 1,680 scfm. <br />• Flare FL -150 had a total runtime of 708.72 hours and a total downtime of 11.28 hours in April 2025, a total <br />runtime of 713.05 hours and downtime of 30.95 hours in May 2025, and a total run of 663.5 hours and total <br />downtime of 56.5 hours in June 2025. Flare FI -150 recorded a maximum adjusted flow rate of 1,550 scfm. <br />• A plume of methane was detected at the Site by a satellite -based instrument on June 25, 2025, and the <br />California Air Resources Board notified Republic Services. Flare FL -100 was shut down from 7:44 a.m. to <br />7:12pm and Flare FL -150 was shutdown from 7:44am to 7:13pm for source testing. <br />Geosyntec's Second Quarter 2025 Corrective Action Program Update concluded that the data collected by SCS <br />during the reporting period met the CAO requirements for the operation and maintenance of the landfill GCCS. <br />Closing <br />Arcadis will continue to monitor the Site's GWTS, the residential GWTSs, and the facility's landfill GCCS.
