Kenny, RG <br />Corrective Action Program Update - 2Q2025 <br />July 112025 <br />Page 3 <br />EXTRACTION WELLS <br />SCS continued performing operation and maintenance of the GCCS including extraction wells <br />monitoring and tunning, pipe maintenance, condensate management system inspection and <br />maintenance. <br />Extraction wells monitoring data for the quarter are provided in Table 21. <br />CONCLUSION <br />Based on the data collected by SCS, the monitoring, testing, and inspection of the GCCS conducted <br />during the second quarter of 2025 met the CAO requirements for the operation and maintenance <br />of the GCCS at the Landfill.
