Cleanup activities following natural disasters and mass <br />mortality events may generate significant amounts of waste in a short amount of time as responders <br />restore property and public facilities, repair and reopen highways, and protect public health and the <br />environment. <br /> <br />I certify under penalty of law, that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information <br />submitted in this document and all attachments, and that based on my inquiry of those individuals <br />immediately responsible for obtaining this information, I believe that the information is true, accurate, <br />and complete.
