At 8:00 am, <br /> returned to the area and the bags of asbestos remained uncovered. <br /> A.) Cover shall be applied to the asbestos containing waste at a frequency that <br /> minimizes releases to the environment and threats to human health, but at a minimum <br /> of once every operational hour. <br /> B.)
