In order to show that <br /> this is the case we are implementing a new"Litter Control Log"that will record what employees are on the road and at <br /> what times. We will also be relying on photo evidence taken by the employees in order to show compliance with this <br /> portion of 27 CCR. <br /> 27 CCR 20700- Intermediate Cover: <br /> Prior to the recent rain, we had been hauling earthen material to the top deck of FU-19 unit for cover and remedial work <br /> related to this NOV. However, due to wet conditions, we have been unable to access the top deck or haul material from <br /> the burrow area. <br /> Moving forward, we will continue to monitor weather and landfill conditions closely.On dry days, when access to both <br /> areas is possible, we will prioritize hauling, stockpiling, and covering the affected area as much as possible. <br /> We will provide updates every other week to keep you informed. <br /> 27 CCR 20680- Daily Cover: <br /> To effectively manage the site daily cover, we are keeping our active area small as much as possible.
