In order to <br /> show that this is the case we are implementing a new"Litter Control Log"that will record what employees are on <br /> the road and at what times.We will also be relying on photo evidence taken by the employees in order to show <br /> compliance with this portion of 27 CCR. <br /> 27 CCR 20700-Intermediate Cover: <br /> Prior to the recent rain, we had been hauling earthen material to the top deck of FU-19 unit for cover and <br /> remedial work related to this NOV. However,due to wet conditions,we have been unable to access the top deck <br /> or haul material from the burrow area. <br /> Moving forward, we will continue to monitor weather and landfill conditions closely.
