Access to <br /> the site will be provided by the existing driveway off of the County maintained road of <br /> East State Route 4. The project site will be served by private well, septic, and storm <br /> systems. This parcel is under Williamson Act Contract; located on the Northwest <br /> corner of Drais Road and East State Highway 4, Stockton. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> OWNER: Rene Aguinada APPLICANT: Same <br /> ADDRESS: 18417 E. Highway 4, Stockton APN: 183-250-17 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is partially located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area designated as Zone AE. <br /> Drais Avenue has an existing and planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> State Highway Route 4 has an existing and planned right-of-way width per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: <br /> Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but <br /> not limited to fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not <br /> allowed in the right-of-way.)
