Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: One baby cockroach seen crawling on the floor near the 3 comp sink. Some dead larger ones found nearby <br />on the floor. Owner claims they had pest control spray 1 day ago. I let them know to spray in about another week and continue <br />with the monthly spraying to eliminate the cockroaches and any other pests.
