A <br /> current copy of either of the listed documents were available on site. <br /> -> The monitoring site plan (map)was not available on site <br /> -> The current response plan with a date of 5/18/26 that is uploaded in CERS was not found on site <br /> -> The monitoring plan on site indicated that both UDC's contained a float and chain as a form of release detection. This <br /> is incorrect, on 1/27/26 both the UDC's had the float and chains replaced with an electric stand alone sensor <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Failure to obtain or retain a valid permit to operate from the UPA and comply with the <br /> applicable requirements of the permit, including but not limited to paying all applicable local government fees and state <br /> surcharge fees. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: If Owner/Operator has not obtained a valid permit to operate, or if the permit to operate has <br /> expired, a complete application to obtain a current permit to operate must be submitted to the UPA for approval. If facility <br /> is not in compliance with one or more requirements of the permit to operate, owner/operator must submit documentation <br /> of compliance. All unpaid permit fees must be paid. All applicable violations must be corrected within 30 days. <br /> This is a Repeat (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 4 23 CCR 16 2613(a)(4) and (b), 2650(a), (c), and (e) 2011012 - Facility has submitted and maintains a monitoring site <br /> plan <br /> OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator failed to submit and maintain a monitoring site plan for approval by the UPA. <br /> The monitoring site plan (map)that is uploaded in CERS is inaccurate. <br /> ---The map in CERS submitted on 5/19/26 indicates that there are sensors in both premium and regular fill sumps.
