Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust(a)_sigov.org for the following repairs and testing (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required). Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br /> a. Monitoring system functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system, including all <br /> sensors, must be verified to ensure monitoring has been restored to meet the <br /> requirements of CCR Title 23 and California Health & Safety Code (HSC) Chapter 6.7. <br /> **A copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to removing the current monitoring <br /> panel, and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br /> b. Leak detector test: Verify the device can detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br /> Verify line volumes are appropriate for the make and model of the installed leak <br /> detectors. <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br /> issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual <br /> by the State Water Board <br /> 1868 E.
