Parcel 1 to <br /> contain 35,300 square feet and Parcel 2 to contain 21,600 square feet. The parcels <br /> are accessed by North Hubbard Avenue and East Cherokee Road. Parcel 1 is served <br /> by on-site well and septic, and natural drainage. Parcel 2 is served by natural storm <br /> drainage, however, does not currently have well and septic. The parcels are not under <br /> Williamson Act contract; located on the east side of North Hubbard Avenue, 350 feet <br /> north of East Cherokee Lane, Stockton. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> OWNERS: Chelsea Chandler APPLICANT: Dillon and Murphy <br /> ADDRESS: 3824 N Hubbard Avenue, Stockton APN: 087-070-14 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Hubard Avenue has an existing and planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> Cherokee Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84-110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required to <br /> be filed with the County Surveyor. (New legal description shall be submitted to Surveyor's <br /> office for review.)
