Overgrown vegetation could pose a fire hazard especially with summer approaching. <br /> a. Operator should maintained the vegetation at a minimum so that site inspection could easily be conducted and <br /> to prevent surface fires from taking place which could cause a threat to public health and safety and the <br /> environment. <br /> Notes: <br /> A. Concentrations of gas probe measured the following for methane%:VW 10—0.0; VW 4—0.0; VW 5 shallow—0.0, <br /> deep—0.1; VW 6 shallow—0.0, deep—0.0; VP 1 —0.6;VP 2—1.1; VP 3—3.5;VP 4—8.1. <br /> B.
