The spill container was then <br /> replaced. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. The spill container was replaced and tested during the inspection <br /> This is a Repeat (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 40 23 CCR 16 2613(e) 2011002 - Installation, repair, lining, integrity, calibration, and release records maintained for life of <br /> UST <br /> OBSERVATION: Records of installation, repairs, linings, intregrity certification, tank calibration charts, and/or <br /> unauthorized release reports were not kept onsite, or offsite if approved by the UPA, for the life of the UST. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain these records onsite and submit copies to the UPA within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 44 23 CCR 16 2643(c) and (d); HSC 6.7 25288 2031031 - Facility has corrected all previously cited violations <br /> OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 1/23/25 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to <br /> be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 2/22/25. This <br /> information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br /> -Open Violation 2030073: An inspection was last done on 1/30/2024 and an inspection report was issued identifying <br /> information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by <br /> 2/29/2024. This information was received on 3/6/2024, 6 days late. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted <br /> within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a (Class II)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended and <br /> replaces the initial report. <br /> Violation 2031001 (Spill Container)was added.
