CP26 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />January 20, 2026 <br />Facility Address: <br />6633 PACIFIC AVE, STOCKTONH & S ENERGY PRODUCTS LLC #3081 <br />Facility Name: <br />Environmental Health DepartmentAMENDED <br />1/22/2026 <br />30 23 CCR 16 2613(c)(3), 2633, 2640(e), 2642(k), 2660(c) and (e), 2664; HSC 6.7 25284.2 2031001 - Spill buckets meet <br />requirements, have been tested as required, and records kept for 36 mths (TCR 9a) <br />OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator failed to meet the following spill container requirement: install or maintain spill <br />container which is liquid-tight. <br />- The drain valve on the north 87 spill container was leaking and unable to to be replaced. The spill container was then <br />replaced. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. The spill container was replaced and tested during the inspection <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />40 23 CCR 16 2613(e) 2011002 - Installation, repair, lining, integrity, calibration, and release records maintained for life of <br />UST <br />OBSERVATION: Records of installation, repairs, linings, intregrity certification, tank calibration charts, and/or <br />unauthorized release reports were not kept onsite, or offsite if approved by the UPA, for the life of the UST. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain these records onsite and submit copies to the UPA within 30 <br />days. <br />This is a (Minor) Violation. <br />44 23 CCR 16 2643(c) and (d); HSC 6.7 25288 2031031 - Facility has corrected all previously cited violations <br />OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 1/23/25 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to <br />be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 2/22/25. This <br />information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br />- Open Violation 2030073: An inspection was last done on 1/30/2024 and an inspection report was issued identifying <br />information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by <br />2/29/2024. The report was amended and <br />replaces the initial report. <br />Violation 2031001 (Spill Container) was added. This violation was corrected on site. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br />within 30 days of receiving the amended inspection report. <br />1868 E.
