CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2500360 <br /> LUCAS TEN, LLC/SHOUP LAND SURVEYING <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-2500360 (LA) was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on February 2, 2026, which is the effective date of approval. This <br /> approval will expire on August 2, 2028, which is thirty (30) months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to recordation <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: (209) 468-3121) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between 2 parcels as shown on the Site <br /> Plan dated October 28, 2025. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
