The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been addressed for COUNTRY CLUB MOBIL CIRCLE K as of March 06, 2026. Open violations from January 24, 2025 inspection OBSERVATION: The designated operator inspections for the following months were performed more than 30 days after the previous inspection: - Initial inspection on 6/28/24, next inspection performed on 8/22/24(55 days) REGULATION GUIDANCE:The designated operator visual inspections shall be conducted within 30 days or less of the previous inspection. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that all designated operator inspections are performed within the required time frames. OBSERVATION: Designated operator reports were not signed within the required time frame. -The 2/6/2024 designated operator report was not signed by the owner/operator. REGULATORY GUIDANCE: Within 48 hours of the completion of the designated UST operator visual inspection, the designated operator shall sign and provide the owner or operator with a copy of the inspection report. Within 72 hours of being provided a signed copy of the report, the owner or operator shall provide a description of each corrective action taken or to be taken and shall sign and date the report, acknowledging the identified compliance issues. Multiple open holes were observed in the lids of the sumps. -The diesel fill sump is missing the shroud boot/water shield on the spill container -The diesel fill sump was observed with the view port cover left open -The 91 fill sump shroud boot/water shield did not adequately seal the hole for the spill container and left a visible gap. The technician helper on site attempted to seal the gap using the shroud boot but was unable to. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Equipment and devices used to monitor underground storage tanks shall be installed, calibrated, operated, and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, and certified for operability, proper operating condition, and proper calibration. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately take necessary steps to ensure ALL gaskets, lids, and other system components are installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer instructions to maintain the secondary containment as liquid and vapor tight.
