The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for COUNTRY CLUB MOBIL CIRCLE K as of March 06, 2026. <br /> Open violations from January 24, 2025 inspection <br /> OBSERVATION: The designated operator inspections for the following months were performed more than 30 days after <br /> the previous inspection: <br /> - Initial inspection on 6/28/24, next inspection performed on 8/22/24(55 days) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The designated operator visual inspections shall be conducted within 30 days or less of <br /> the previous inspection. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that all designated operator inspections are performed within the required time frames. <br /> OBSERVATION: Designated operator reports were not signed within the required time frame. <br /> -The 2/6/2024 designated operator report was not signed by the owner/operator. <br /> REGULATORY GUIDANCE: Within 48 hours of the completion of the designated UST operator visual inspection, the <br /> designated operator shall sign and provide the owner or operator with a copy of the inspection report. Within 72 hours <br /> of being provided a signed copy of the report, the owner or operator shall provide a description of each corrective action <br /> taken or to be taken and shall sign and date the report, acknowledging the identified compliance issues. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure all designated operator inspection reports are completed and signed within the <br /> required time frame in the future. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> OBSERVATION: The diesel fill and 91 fill sumps are not maintained liquid and vapor tight. Multiple open holes were <br /> observed in the lids of the sumps. <br /> -The diesel fill sump is missing the shroud boot/water shield on the spill container <br /> -The diesel fill sump was observed with the view port cover left open <br /> -The 91 fill sump shroud boot/water shield did not adequately seal the hole for the spill container and left a visible gap. <br /> The technician helper on site attempted to seal the gap using the shroud boot but was unable to. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Equipment and devices used to monitor underground storage tanks shall be installed, <br /> calibrated, operated, and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, and certified for operability, <br /> proper operating condition, and proper calibration. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately take necessary steps to ensure ALL gaskets, lids, and other system <br /> components are installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer instructions to maintain the secondary <br /> containment as liquid and vapor tight. <br /> Page 10 of 11 <br />
