If violation is not corrected in 30 <br />days, then further enforcement may occur. <br />No Areas of Concern <br />Inspection Report Comments <br />A quarterly inspection was conducted on 10/16/25, and the following was noted: <br />Notes: <br />1. Observed exposed glass in the northwestern portion of the property and the southernmost <br />portion of the property next to Lovelace Rd. Cover all exposed waste that is observed on site <br />with clean soil. <br />2. Vegetation among most of the property was low. However, some spots on the property had <br />vegetation that was becoming overgrown. Grass on site was low while singular weeds and <br />bushes were around 2.5 feet. <br />3. Burrows were observed just northwest of the corral. Repair all burrows with clean soil. <br />4. If owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) for <br />this site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto. Pursuant <br />to the PCLU provisions of T27CCR, Section 21190, the PCLU Plan shall be submitted to the <br />LEA, the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), the local air district and local land <br />use agency for review and approval prior to commencing any construction or pre-construction <br />activities for such PCLU. <br />5.
