The proposed use will occupy a 1,200 square foot unit in the <br /> existing commercial structure. The site has direct access onto Cherryland Avenue. The <br /> site is serviced by public services for water, sewer and storm water by public services. <br /> The property is not under a Williamson Act contract; located on the northwest corner of <br /> Cherryland Avenue and State Route 88 in Stockton. <br /> (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> OWNER: James R. & Roberta D. Cherryland Avenue, Stockton APN: 087-100-65 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Cherryland Road has an existing and planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> State Route 88 has an existing and planned right-of-way width per Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: <br /> Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only— all vertical features, including but <br /> not limited to fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not <br /> allowed in the right-of-way.)
