Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />6/10/2025 <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 05, 2025 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 4199 E GIBRALTAR CT, STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> STOCKTON LOGISTICS LLC <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020002 - Provided initial and annual training and maintained training records <br />for a minimum of three years. <br />OBSERVATION: Employee training records on spill control equipment, emergency and hazardous material spill <br />response procedures, evacuation drills, and anhydrous ammonia awareness were not available at the time of <br />inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive <br />initial and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the <br />unified program agency. (B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential <br />harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment. (C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate <br />notice, for the business site. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made <br />available for a minimum of three years. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br />training records to the EHD for Anna Atilano , Roy Contu, Rorthea Oro, Benito Marines, Sameth Cihtoeum, Robert <br />Padilla, Jeremy Bongcaron, Alexander Born, Zang Vang, David Cornes, Justin Harding, Valerie Chavez, Rena Cooks, <br />and Tony Rem. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 14 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator at the time of inspection. A full and amended report <br />was completed on 6/10/2025. The report was amended by removing violation #5 and adding violation #10. <br />Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 3 violation(s) during the <br />inspection.
