Based on our records EHD has not received the results for chemical monitoring that the
California Safe Water Drinking Act (SDWA) requires of this water system. To prevent this water system from
becoming out of compliance with the SDWA, contact your California Certified Lab and make arrangements
to have water samples collected from the wellhead(s) before the end of December 2005. If the system
has been sampled, then forward a copy of the result(s) to EHD. If by January 10, 2006, EHD has not
received the result(s) then LSPWS will be in violation of the SDWA and further enforcement may be
required. Please be aware that you will be billed at a rate of $93 per hour for any further enforcement activity
required.
Environmental Health department
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor
Stockton, California 95202-2708
Telephone: (209) 468-3420
Fax: (209) 464-0138
Website: www.sjgov.org/ehd/
If you have any questions please contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior REHS, at (209) 468-0343 or
Ray von Flue, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-9848.
Donna K.
