Based on our records EHD has not received the results for
chemical monitoring that the California Safe Water Drinking Act (SDWA) requires of this water system. To
prevent this water system from becoming out of compliance with the SDWA, contact your California
Certified Lab and make arrangements to have water samples collected from the wellhead(s) before the
end of December 2003. If the system has been sampled, then forward a copy of the result(s) to EHD. If
by January 10, 2004, EHD has not received the result(s) then Lower Sac Plaza Water System will be in
violation of the SDWA and further enforcement may be required. Please be aware that you will be billed at a
rate of $93 per hour for any further enforcement activity required.
RICHARD CLOVER
LOWER SAC PLAZA
3031 W MARCH LN, STE 112S
STOCKTON CA 95219
|_I SECONDARY (AESTHETICS): General Mineral and General Physical are due once every 3 years
□ (California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22, Section 64449 (c)).
INORGANIC CHEMICALS: Required once every three years (CCR, Title 22, Section 64432 (b)(1)).
