The Department may waive the <br />requirement for hand delivery if it determines that the violation has been corrected within the <br />30-day period. If such a waiver is given it shall be given in writing within the 30-day period. <br />Repeat notice by hand delivery shall be given at least once every 3 months for as long as the <br />violation or failure continues. <br />This letter is to inform you that, based on our records, Lower Sac Plaza Water Systejn has more <br />than one sample collected during the month of December 2002, which is coliform-positive. This is a <br />violation of the Total Coliform Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL), California Code of Regulations <br />(CCR), Title 22, Article 3, Section 64426.1.
