Sac Plaza Water System (LSPWS) for violation of California Codei <br />2 (a) and 64423.1Sections 64423of Regulations (CCR), Title 22, <br />3 (c) . <br />4 <br />5 SPECIFICALLY <br />6 <br />LSPWS failed to monitor the bacteriological quality of its <br />7 Section 64423 (a).water for the months of April and May 2000, <br />8 <br />LSPWS failed to report the bacteriological quality of its <br />9 water to the Department for the months of April and May 2000, <br />io Section 64423.1 (c). <br />ii <br />Pursuant to Section 116650 (e), the Department classifies <br />12 these violations as non-continuing. <br />13 <br />14 ACTIONS REQUIRED <br />15 LSPWS is hereby directed to take the following actions: <br />16 <br />17 1. Collect a minimum of one bacteriological sample per month per <br />18 your sample siting plan as required by CCR, section 64423 (a). <br />19 2 .
