SPECIFICALLY1 <br />2 • LSPWS failed to monitor the bacteriological quality of its <br />water for the months of July, August, September, October,3 <br />Section 64423 (a) .4 November and December 1999, <br />LSPWS failed to report the bacteriological quality of its5 <br />water to the Department for the month of July, August,6 <br />Section7September, October, November and December 1999, <br />8 64423.1 (c). <br />9 • LSPWS failed to provide potable water to the public that meets <br />the standards and operational requirements per California H&Sio <br />ii <br />12 <br />13 ACTIONS REQUIRED <br />LSPWS is hereby directed to take the following actions:14 <br />1. Collect a minimum of one bacteriological sample per month as15 <br />16 <br />system in2.
