If a <br />sample was not collected for the months of July, August, September, October and <br />November 1999, you are required to provide public notification in accordance with <br />the enclosed methods. <br />If a coliform sample was collected, a copy of the lab results should be sent to our <br />office as soon as possible. Public notification will not be required if the results met <br />State standards.
