The application proposes a 20-foot-wide right of way across APN 157-210- <br /> 49 along the Southern portion of the property. The property is serviced by public <br /> services for water and sewer. Storm water is absorbed naturally. (Note: <br /> Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only—all vertical features, including but <br /> not limited to fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not <br /> allowed in the right-of-way.)
