The report stated that failures occurred at the 87 STP <br /> sump, 87 at UDC 3/4, 91 at UDC 5/6, and 91 at UDC 7/8. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Repair secondary containment as needed and retest. Notify UPA of testing and submit results. <br /> This is a (Class II)Violation. <br /> 40 23 CCR 16 2613(e) 2011002 - Installation, repair, lining, integrity, calibration, and release records maintained for life of <br /> UST <br /> OBSERVATION: Records of installation, repairs, linings, integrity certification, tank calibration charts, and/or <br /> unauthorized release reports were not kept onsite, or offsite if approved by the UPA, for the life of the UST. <br /> -The following were not available for review at the time of inspection: installation records which may include <br /> manufacturer checklists or as-built drawings. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain these records onsite and submit copies to the UPA within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 44 23 CCR 16 2643(c) and (d); HSC 6.7 25288 2031031 - Facility has corrected all previously cited violations <br /> OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator did not correct violations cited in the inspection report within 30 days of receiving an <br /> inspection report from either the UPA or special inspector. <br /> -An inspection was last done on 1/23/25 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to <br /> bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 2/23/25. This information was received <br /> late on 6/6/25. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted <br /> and all corrections implemented within 30 days (for minor violations) or 60 (for all other violations) of receiving an <br /> inspection report. <br /> This is a Repeat (Class II)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by February 27, 2026 for minor violations or March 29, 2026 for all other violations. <br /> A link to the new UST 2026 regulations were emailed to SEAN.A000STINE@7-11.00M. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($179).
