As for the Response Plan, we upload the current State template to CERS for all of our stations in CA. The Dispatch 1 number listed in Section V is the 24-hour call center number, and we believe the listed number currently fulfills the Title 23 requirement. Regarding Section IV, the State Response Plan template doesn't require listing phone numbers for responsible persons. We list the local compliance specialist as our responsible person and include the 24-hour Dispatch 1# in Section V.
